Shipping and purchase policy

Order Processing
  • We kindly ask that you allow 3-6 business days for your order to be processed.
  • For urgent requests, please reach out to us on Instagram @fluffy_paka for quicker assistance.
  • Processing times may vary during sales events and holiday seasons. Delivery dates provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Should there be any significant delays with your order, we will notify you promptly via email.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a reference number.
  • Once your order ships, a second email will be sent containing tracking information. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.
  • If you do not receive confirmation or shipment notification emails, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us at fluffypaka@gmail.com.
Order Changes & Cancellations
  • Changes to orders can be made within 24 hours of placement.
  • To request an order change or cancellation, please contact us at fluffypaka@gmail.com or on Instagram @fluffy_paka with your name and order number.
  • Once your order has been processed, we cannot accommodate cancellation requests.
Customs, Duties, & International Taxes
  • Please note that we are not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order.
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.
Incorrect Shipping Address
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If you notice an error in your shipping address and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at fluffypaka@gmail.com with your name and order number.

For incomplete or incorrect addresses:

  1. We will attempt to contact you within 5 business days.
  2. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, your order will be canceled.
  3. Once your order has been processed and shipped, address changes cannot be made.
Returned Orders Due to Incorrect Address
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
  • Reshipping fees must be paid by the customer.
  • If you choose to cancel the order instead, we will issue a refund for the cost of goods only. Please note that shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
Lost Packages
  • While we ensure your package is handed over to the mail carrier securely, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
  • If your package is lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
  • For untracked sticker-mail orders, we are unable to provide tracking or compensation for lost shipments.
Returns & Exchanges
  • We currently do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at fluffypaka@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:
    • Your name and order number.
    • A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging.
  • We recommend saving all packaging materials, as they may be required to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
